This development of employee competency is achieved through uniform methods and means, such as :

  • Formal training (in class), both conducted internally, via the Triputra Excellence Center (TREC), as well as presented by external trainers.
  • Implementation of improvement activities (TEKS, Six Sigma, QCC, SS and PPS).
  • Sharing knowledge, such as deployment of knowledge from, for and by employees.
